Repair & project request data

When a repair or project request is submitted, ESR receives the information entered in the form: name, company (if provided), email, phone, equipment or project details, fault or project description, handover/project information and uploaded photos or PDF plans.

This information is used to review the request, contact the client, arrange equipment handover, diagnostics and the subsequent repair. It is not used for marketing email without separate consent.

Uploaded photos, plans and documents should only contain information relevant to the repair or project. Do not upload passwords, unnecessary third-party personal data or other confidential information that ESR does not need to process the request.

Request data is kept only as long as needed to handle the request, repair and applicable legal or accounting obligations.
